Pricing FAQ
What counts as an “active player”?
Anyone who logs a match, practice, or tournament entry in a billing period, not just having an account. Viewing-only members never count, on any plan.
Do organization members need their own Pro subscription?
No. Members who play in an organization get full Smashpoint Pro included, on their personal account as well as inside the organization: match and practice logging, the Live Match Tracker, Groups, and MCP Access. Belonging to a program on Smashpoint is the cheapest way to get Pro.
Is viewing ever behind a paywall?
No. Stats, rankings, ELO, head-to-head history, and player profiles are free to view for everyone, on Personal Free and on every Organization tier.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same plan, same features — annual billing is paid upfront for the year at a discount (see the savings noted on each plan above) instead of monthly.
Do Organizations get a trial?
Yes, 14 days on Single Location and Multi-Location. Enterprise & Federation pricing is custom, so that starts with a sales conversation instead.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Personal Pro can be canceled anytime and reverts to Free. Organizations can move between tiers as a program grows.
