For Organizations

Run your program.
Not a spreadsheet.

Smashpoint replaces manual ladders, group standings, and bracket-building with a system that updates itself, and scales from one court to a national federation.

For organizations

Everything your program runs on, in one place

Automated ladders & groups

Leapfrog and Accrual ladder formats and self-managing league groups that update the moment a result is logged. No more emailing standings.

Dynamic ELO

A fair, always-current rating for every member, used automatically for seeding and matchmaking.

Tournament bracket planner

Build a roster from your member base, auto-seed by ELO, generate an ITF-standard draw for 8 to 64 entries, and manage the event on a zoomable bracket canvas. Link bracket matches to live-tracked matches for zero re-entry.

Public event hubs

Shareable public pages for your tournaments and ladders — visibility for your program, without giving out admin access.

Format flexibility

A scoring engine built against official rule sets (standard, no-ad, match tiebreak, and beach tennis formats), so your competitions score correctly regardless of format.

Member engagement

Group, ladder, and tournament participation keeps members coming back between events, not just showing up for the annual tournament.

Tournaments

From sign-up sheet to trophy, without the whiteboard

Build the roster from your members, seed by ELO with a drag to override, and generate an ITF-standard draw for 8 to 64 entries in one flow. Run the whole event on a zoomable bracket canvas. Link any match to a live-tracked Smashpoint match and results and stats flow through with zero re-entry.

ITF-standard seeding and placement

Auto-seed by ELO, byes and placement by the book, draws of 8, 16, 32, or 64.

Live-linked results

Bracket matches connect to tracked matches, so scores and stats arrive without anyone typing them in.

Smart match detection

When two entrants log a match on their own, Smashpoint spots it and surfaces it to the tournament admin to confirm into the bracket. No chasing scores.

Public Event Hub

Players and parents follow the draw from their phone instead of asking the desk what court they're on.

Clinics that run themselves, week after week

Put a clinic on the calendar once, set it to repeat weekly, and add the players who belong in it. Everyone sees their sessions in the app, attendance is tracked per player, and Dynamic ELO tells you who belongs in which group, so the Tuesday clinic is the right six players, not whoever replied to the group chat.

Set it once, repeat weekly

Recurring clinics with a fixed roster, no re-entering the same session every Monday.

Attendance per player

Who actually showed up, session by session, visible to coaches and admins.

Right players, right group

Dynamic ELO shows who belongs in which clinic as members improve.

Events

Socials, round robins, open play. One calendar.

Not everything your club runs is a tournament. Schedule the Friday social, the Saturday round robin, the beginners' open play, and let members find it and join from the app. Every event sits on the same calendar as your clinics and tournaments, so the program has one schedule instead of a group chat and a corkboard.

One calendar for everything

Clinics, socials, round robins, and tournaments side by side, for admins and members alike.

Unlimited view seats, so everyone can sign up

Every member of your organization gets a free seat to see the calendar, standings, and results, and to sign up for events. No cap, no charge.

Keeps members active between tournaments

The Friday social is where the ladder's next challenge match gets arranged.

Ladders & groups

On autopilot, finally

Leapfrog and Accrual ladders and self-managing league groups that update the moment a result is logged. You already know what a ladder is. Ours just doesn't need a spreadsheet.

Unlimited free view seats. Smashpoint Pro included when they play.

Every member of your organization gets a free seat to follow activities, standings, and results and to sign up for events, with no cap on how many. Members who play get full Smashpoint Pro, not just inside your organization but on their personal account too: match and practice logging, the Live Match Tracker, Groups, MCP Access. A real perk of belonging to your program, at no cost to them. Their data stays theirs; your program gets the full picture.

A low base fee, seats included. Then only players who play.

Every plan starts with a base fee that already covers a block of active-player seats. Beyond that you pay only for members who actually log matches, practices, or tournaments. View seats are unlimited and free, so every member, parent, and admin can follow along and sign up for events; play is never blocked for billing reasons, and self-serve plans start with a 14-day free trial.

Questions from program directors

Organizations FAQ

Can we get API access to our match results and data?

Yes, on Enterprise & Federation plans: API access to match results, players, rankings, and a live stream of matches in progress, point by point, for your own systems, reporting, scoreboards, and broadcasts. Get in touch to scope it. Separately, every Pro user, which includes your members who play, can pull their Smashpoint data into their own AI agent through our MCP server at mcp.smashpoint.pro. No API project needed for that.

Does every member need a paid seat?

No. View seats are unlimited and free: every member, parent, and admin can see the calendar, standings, and results and sign up for events. A member only counts as an active player, and only for that month, when they log a match, attend a practice, or enter a draw.

Do my members need to buy Smashpoint Pro?

No. Members who play in your organization get full Smashpoint Pro included, and it carries over to their personal account: their own matches and practices, the Live Match Tracker, Groups, and MCP Access, everything a Pro subscriber gets. It's a benefit of belonging to your program.

How does organization pricing work?

Each plan has a low base fee that includes a block of active-player seats. Beyond those, you pay per additional active player each month. Annual billing is available at a discount. Full details are on the Pricing page.

What is an “active player”?

A member who logs a match, is marked present at a practice session, or is entered in a tournament draw during a billing month. Members who only follow results, parents, and admins never count, on any plan.

Do results have to be entered twice?

No. Bracket matches link to live-tracked Smashpoint matches, so scores and stats flow through automatically. If two entrants log a match on their own, smart match detection surfaces it to the tournament admin to confirm into the bracket.

Which formats can we run?

Standard, no-ad, and match-tiebreak scoring, plus beach tennis formats. Leapfrog and Accrual ladders, self-managing league groups, and ITF-standard single-elimination draws of 8 to 64 entries (singles today, doubles next).

We run several locations, or we're a federation. Does this scale?

Yes. Multi-Location plans cover multi-site programs, and Enterprise & Federation plans are priced by competition volume for national-level competition. Talk to Sales for either.

Is there a trial?

Self-serve plans start with a 14-day free trial, with the real projected bill visible during the trial so there are no surprises.
