The questions coaches ask most: who can see what you track, what Pro covers, and which features need an Organization rather than a personal account.
Privacy
- Private by default. Nothing you track is visible to anyone until you share a match or connect with a person.
Pro and cost
- Free vs Pro. Viewing stats, rankings, and results is always free. Logging matches, the Live Tracker, and creating Groups need Pro. Inside an Organization, Pro is included for members who play.
Personal account or Organization
- Ladders are Organization-only. A Group on a personal account gives you rankings; running it as a Leapfrog or Accrual ladder needs an Organization.
- Compare and Leaders are Organization features. They work across the Organization’s results, so they’re not available on a personal account.
- Guests can appear in results but not in events. In an Organization, an outside opponent can be added as a Guest (free, no account) and logged in a match result, but can’t be entered in a ladder, tournament, or practice session.
- Roster import. An Organization can import its whole roster from a spreadsheet instead of adding members one by one.
