Create an Organization and start your 14-day trial

Organizations are created and administered in the web app at app.smashpoint.pro. You need a personal Smashpoint account first; the person who creates the Organization becomes its Owner.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the web app and open the user menu at the top right.
  2. Choose + Organization.
  3. Give it a Display Name and a Web Address (your public address will be app.smashpoint.pro/your-url), pick the Sports you offer, and set your Country, State, and Time Zone. Everything here can be changed later under Settings.
  4. Add a Logo (JPG or PNG) and a square Favicon; the favicon shows in the user menu, invites, and notifications.
  5. Save. The Organization now appears in the user menu, and the Onboarding page in the sidebar shows the six quickstart items to complete: logo and profile, first Location and Court, invite your team and members, first Event, Tournament, Ladder, or Group, Public Page, and billing.

Good to know

  • 14 days, all features, no card. The trial starts the moment the Organization is created. Every member who plays has Smashpoint PRO included during the trial and after.
  • After the trial. Without a plan, the Organization becomes read-only: everything stays visible, but no new results can be recorded until a subscription is active. Nothing is deleted.
  • Add a second Owner. Under Settings › Owner Accounts, add another Owner so the Organization doesn’t depend on one login. An Owner can only be removed once another Owner exists.
  • Switching. The user menu switches between your personal account and every Organization you belong to. Whatever is selected is where your next match, Group, or practice is recorded.
  • Deleting. Settings › Danger Zone deletes the Organization permanently, including all members, locations, and data. Paid subscriptions are not refunded.
