Good to know for Players

The questions players ask most: who can see your matches, what Pro covers, and how your results, practices, and Groups affect your rating.

Privacy

• Private by default. Nothing you log is visible to anyone until you share a match or connect with a person.

Pro and cost

• Free vs Pro. Viewing your stats, rankings, and results is always free. Logging your own matches or practices, using the Live Tracker (phone or watch), and creating Groups need Pro. Pro is included when you’re a member of an Organization.

Ratings and records

• A score is enough. ELO and head-to-head work from logged results alone. Live tracking adds detail; it isn’t required.
• Practice doesn’t count toward ELO. Log practices to keep a record, but your rating only moves on matches.
• Rate yourself against your group. Create a Group for the people you play regularly and you’ll get a ranking within it, with matches added automatically when both players are in the Group.
