See your club’s activity on the Dashboard

The Dashboard, first item under Admin in the web app, is club health at a glance. It answers the questions a program director asks every month: are people playing, who’s drifting away, are the ladders alive, and what level is the club at.
Choosing the period and sport
Two controls at the top right: the period (Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This season, All time) and the sport (All sports, or one of the sports your Organization offers). Everything on the page follows them.
What’s on it
- Matches: matches recorded to the Organization in the period, with the change against the previous period and how many were internal (both players members).
- Active members: members who played in the period, the change, and participation as a share of all members.
- Active ladders: ladders currently running.
- Avg matches per active member: how much the people who play are playing.
- Match volume: a weekly bar chart, most recent week on the right.
- Most active members: who played the most, with their rating and match count.
- Haven’t played recently: members with the longest gap since their last match, and the count of members who have never played. The threshold is 30 days. This is your list for a nudge before the season gets away from them.
- ELO distribution: how many members sit in each tier (Beginner, Developing, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite), with the Organization’s average against the platform average of 1500.
- Ladder health: each ladder with its participation rate and matches per week.
- Events: tracking for events is coming soon.
Good to know
- Who sees it. The Dashboard is under Admin, so it’s for Owners and Admins. Members see their own stats under Insights.
- Active here means played a match. A member counts as active if they’re a participant on a match recorded to the Organization in the period. Billing counts more than this: it also counts practice attendance and being entered in a finalized tournament draw, even before that member has played a bracket match. So the Active members number here and your active-player count on the Billing page won’t always match.
- Guests don’t count as members here; matches against Guests still count as matches.
- Use it with Rankings and Compare. The Dashboard tells you who is and isn’t playing; Rankings and Compare tell you how well.
